Apresentação

A Condição Humana – olhares da espiritualidade, educação, saúde e tecnologia. O próprio anúncio do tema que congrega os eventos em pauta – I Encontro Internacional de Educação e Espiritualidade, I Encontro Brasileiro de Formação Humana, VI Encontro de Filosofia da Educação do Norte e Nordeste – reflete a compreensão de que o fenômeno humano não se reduz a um só aspecto, nem o ser humano pode ser compreendido sem a perspectiva de integração de suas diversas dimensões. Embora haja distinção entre os três eventos por suas especificidades históricas, todos estão, todavia, relacionados por terem por foco os modos pelos quais o homem é educado, concebe-se a si mesmo, progride em sua formação e relaciona-se consigo, com os demais e com o mundo a sua volta.

 

Movidos pelo interesse em promover a consolidação científica desse perfil teórico-investigativo-propositivo, congregam-se nestes eventos pesquisadores, docentes, discentes, representantes do Estado e da sociedade civil organizada deste país, além de convidados especiais dos Estados Unidos e da Europa, para, por meio de suas experiências e reflexões, ajudarem a enriquecer a compreensão da condição multidimensional do ser humano, dos sentidos do seu desenvolvimento, de suas formas de vida, convivência e transcendência.

 

O Instituto de Formação Humana e o Programa de Pós-graduação em Educação da Universidade Federal de Pernambuco sentem-se gratificados e honrados pela oportunidade de realizar esses eventos em conjunto, com o apoio da FACEPE.

 

Esperamos que estes eventos venham a contribuir, juntamente com diversas outras iniciativas isoladas neste país, para o aprofundamento e, ao mesmo tempo, elevação da compreensão do ser humano, de sua formação e devir, na sociedade e no espaço acadêmico brasileiros.

 

 

Presentation

The Human Condition – spiritual, educational, health and technological perspectives. This theme in itself gathers the three events announced – 1st International Encounter of Education and Spirituality, 1st Brazilian Encounter of Human Development, VI North and Northeast Encounter of Educational Philosophy – which reflects the comprehension that the human phenomenon can not be reduced to one aspect only, nor can be understood without the integration of its diverse dimensions. Despite their distinctions related to historical specificities, they converge to one focus: the ways by which the human being is educated, conceives oneself, evolves and relates to one´s own self, to others and to the world around him/her.

 

Moved by the interest in promoting the scientific consolidation of this theoretical-investigative-propositional research field profile, these three events congregate researchers, teachers, students, State government representatives and the organized civil society of this country as well as special guests from The United States of America and Europe, to help enriching comprehension of the human multidimensional condition with their experiences and reflections on the purposes of human development, the ways of living, relating to others and transcending.

 

The Institute of Human Development and the Postgraduate Programme in Education of the Federal University of Pernambuco are grateful and honored for the opportunity to promote these events with the support of FACEPE.

 

We hope that these events will contribute, together with many other initiatives in this country, to deepen as well as to elevate the understanding of the human being, its development and devir in society and in the Brazilian academic spaces.
